Situation:
J. W. Hulme Company manufactures hand crafted leather and canvas bags in the US. Products never go on sale and are guaranteed for life. Pay per click advertising was costing several times the value of the sales made through the programs in click costs alone. Conversion rates of the highly designed (read expensive) landing pages were poor.

Approach:
Rapport Online created a new list of keywords and organized it by product and popularity of use. Then ROI optimized the website to come up higher in natural search results for the products being sold.

At the same time the pay per click programs were fine tuned to get control of the PPC spending so that sales fell within the profit objectives.

ROI also reworked the landing pages to reduce the bounce rate, provide clearer navigation to the website and give prospects clearer buying options.

Results:
PPC campaigns are now set to deliver consistent profit margin through the major swings in selling cycles. Sales through natural search continue to grow.
